TL 9000 Requirements Handbook Release 6.2

Effective 01 April 2020 - 12 pages

This revision contains input from the India Hub. The goal of this effort was to make the TL 9000 design requirements more clearly applicable to any software development methodology along with updating two design requirements to reflect current concerns. This point release modifies two requirements in section 8.3, rewords four requirements and corrects the terminology in another. Please note, due to the two changed requirements, upgrade to R6.2 is mandatory.

This release along with the material in the R6.1 Point Release and the original R6.0 Handbook comprise the latest TL 9000 Quality Management System Requirements.

Because of the two modified requirements, all existing Certifications must migrate to R6.2 prior to April 1, 2021.

There is no mandatory Certification Body auditor training for the TL 9000 Requirements Handbook R6.2 Point Release. All Certification Body auditors shall review the R6.2 Requirements Change Summary posted on the web site.
