Description This one- to two hour course provides a basic overview of the TL 9000 Quality Management System. It is designed to provide an overview of TL 9000 to all employees in an organization that is registered or is planning to be registered to the standard. This course will explain how employees can execute and demonstrate a repeatable process, identify and report opportunities to improve business performance, and contribute to process improvement all within the context of TL 9000.

Requirements 4.0 to 5.0 and Measurements 4.0 to 4.5 Delta Training

An online training module is now available to assist you in becoming proficient in TL 9000 Requirements Release 5.0. This course is open to the public. Registrar auditors must take the course and pass the exam before performing any audits under TL 9000 Requirements Release 5.0. Description This three-day course provides the information and guidance to auditors in order to verify the implementation and evaluate the effectiveness of TL 9000 requirements and measurements. It is structured to “bridge the gap” between ISO 9001 and TL 9000 from the perspective of an auditor. Participants are assumed to already have basic audit skills and an understanding of ISO 9000, in addition to completing the e-learning prerequisites. It is a required course for registrar auditors. This is a rigorous course that requires pre-work, nightly homework, and concludes with an exam. Description This one day program provides an overview of Quest Forum and TL 9000 through exploration of the requirements and the registration process. The program is structured to “bridge the gap” between ISO 9001 and TL 9000 by summarizing the intent of each additional requirement, and its impact on telecommunications service and product provision. This course provides an in-depth look at the requirements of TL 9000 and demonstrates their intent and implementation through the exploration of the detail in relation to the requirements of their business. Participants will come away with knowledge regarding the benefits of TL 9000 in relation to increased performance and customer satisfaction, and a thorough understanding of the TL 9000 Requirements and the registration process. This course covers all the requirements prerequisites and finishes with an examination. The examination is optional and those taking the exam pay an additional fee. Passing the examination satisfies all the auditor or QuEST Forum practitioner requirements prerequisites for the 3-day auditing or implementation courses. If you do not take the examination you will only receive an attendance certificate and it may preclude you from taking the 3 day courses.

Description This one day program provides an overview of the TL 9000 measurements and then covers each measurement in depth, starting with the common measurements and leading onto the Hardware, Outage, Software and Service Measurements for implementers and auditors of TL 9000 Release 4.5. Counting rules, normalization and measurements process are discussed for each measurement. The students gain understanding of the benchmarking process and how measurements are used within organizations and with customers to improve performance and product reliability. The program is intended for learners who are planning to attend the QuEST Forum sanctioned TL 9000 QMS Auditing or Implementation Classes. Participants will gain understanding of the measurements requirements with respect to TL 9000 registration scope. This course covers all the measurements prerequisite requirements and finishes with an examination. The examination is optional and those taking the exam pay an additional fee. Passing the examination satisfies all the mandatory auditor or QuEST Forum practitioner prerequisite measurements requirements for the 3-day auditing or implementation courses. If you do not take the examination you will only receive an attendance certificate and it may preclude you from taking the 3 day courses.
