Overview

The TL 9000 standard helps telecom companies to operate their business at the highest levels of quality performance while lowering the costs for their customers and organizations. It is critical that companies adopting the TL 9000 standard as part of their business practice fully understand the implications of all elements of the standard.

For this purpose, QuEST Forum utilizes a set of independent registrar companies to assess a company's implementation of TL 9000. It has selected Accreditation Bodies (ABs) in several countries around the world. These organizations, in turn, select and authorize various Certification Bodies (CBs)/Registrars to perform audits of implementations of the TL 9000 Quality Management System.
